Run Toward Your Giant! Jesse Duplantis was born on July 9, 1949, in Houma, Louisiana. He was raised as a Cajun Catholic. Today, the Pastor is a Protestant Charismatic Christian pastor. By the same token, Jesse is a televangelist and preacher. He is also a great conference speaker and businessman.

Like Kenneth Copeland, Jesse Duplantis began as a high-profile artist in the secular music industry. Called a heathen by his mother, the future preacher played heavy metal blues guitar. Years later, after hearing Billy Graham say Jesus loves you, Jesse changed.

He accepted the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. Jesse’s life would never be the same.

Pastor Duplantis began preaching the Christian gospel message of One World, One Vision, One Goal, and World Evangelism. He started Reaching People, Changing Lives, One Soul at a Time. Also, he began Jesse Duplantis Ministries, the local Covenant Church, and other evangelistic projects. He speaks at motorcycle rallies, global conferences, revivals, and Christian colleges.

The news about the world’s happiest and hilarious Holy Spirit-filled preacher, Jesse Duplantis, was getting around. He was on the TBN Christian television network with John Hagee, Paul Crouch, Jan, and Cathy. Hagee referred to him as the Apostle of Joy due to his sanctified sense of humor. As a result, over 3 billion people in 300 countries view his broadcast. Jesse was told that husbands, children, preacher-haters, and non-church-goers love to watch him preach.

Jesse Duplantis is also a published author. He has written over 30 books. They are available in Braille and 13 languages. The Everyday Visionary, The Ministry of Cheerfulness, and Distortion: The Vanity of Genetically Altered Christianity are three customer favorites. Jesse has also published a cookbook, Jambalaya for the Soul. It contains 51 funny Cajun stories and Bayou recipes. Also, the JDM Voice of the Covenant Magazine features writings by him and his wife, Cathy.

Evangelist Duplantis

The 36-year evangelical career of Jesse Duplantis includes humanitarian efforts. He is the director of Christians United for Israel. Not to mention, he opened the Covenant Compassion Center for Hurricane Katrina victims. In fact, Jesse founded the JDM Institute for Global Leadership and Evangelism. In 1999, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University.

Furthermore, Jesse Duplantis is a proactive visionary. He believes the anointing is timeless. In 2012, he began the Legacy Project. Surely his 8,000 anointed sermons will be preserved for future generations.

Jentezen Franklin

See it. Say it. Seize it. Jentezen Franklin was born to Pastor Billy and Katie Franklin on July 21, 1962, in Wilson, North Carolina. The name Jentezen is associated with creativity, brilliance, leadership, and integrity. His kingdom assignments include being a Pentecostal Bible teacher, televangelist, and gospel humanitarian. Jentezen Franklin is also an anointed saxophonist, gospel music recording artist, and itinerant preacher.

A 3-day fast preceded the evangelistic call of Jentezen Franklin. God told him it would be confirmed by his mother. Jentezen went home and her exact words were The Lord has spoken to me to tell you to do what He has called you to do. He pastors, preaches from the pulpit and records his sermons weekly. Jentzen oversees Free Chapel in Gainesville, Georgia, and Irvine, California. He is married to Cherise and they have been blessed with 5 children.

Former Church of God evangelist, Jentezen Franklin, is also a conference speaker and host. He began the Forward Conference in 2004. In 2006, Bishop T. D. Jakes and Pastor Franklin were speakers. Music was provided by Israel Houghton and other gospel music artists in 2006, 2012, and 2013. Jentezen was featured at the Bobbie Houston 2010 Hillsong Conference.

His Christian broadcasting schedule includes an international televised program called Kingdom Connection. It can be seen on Christian television networks and church channels. Some of Jentezen’s best Christian videos can also be seen on secular and Christian video channels. Audio sermons are available on Christian radio and podcasts.

Known for fasting and prayer, Jentezen Franklin, a former jazz musician, is also an accomplished author. He is on the New York Times Bestseller list. Two of his most regularly purchased books are Right People, Right Place, Right Plan, and Fasting. Additional most-liked good-to-reads are the Fasting Edge, the Spirit of Python and more. Through the years, Jentezen has written almost 40 inspirational books. Jentezen Franklin attended Atlantic Christian College and is a member of the Oral Roberts University Board of Reference.

People Need Your Story. Bobbie Houston is a Pentecostal megachurch pastor, co-founder, women’s ministry leader, and prophetess. She is also a conference speaker and author. She was born January 16, 1957, in New Zealand. She is married to Brian Houston of Hillsong. Hillsong is known for some of the world’s greatest top ten Christian Praise worship songs.

Though christened as an Anglican, Pastor Bobbie Houston’s family did not go to church. She began to ask Why am I Here? and other life questions. She was spiritually hungry. Bobbie didn’t know it. Something or someone was missing. Her parents never tried to discourage her or encourage her to have faith in God. One day, she heard the gospel of Jesus Christ at a friend’s church. She wanted more. Little did Bobbie know her new life would give her just that.

Destiny caused Bobbie Houston met her future husband at a Christian convention. Her assignment was food ministry. She took Brian’s ice cream order and later she found out that his parents were ministers. He loved God, too. The newlyweds served in her father-in-law’s church until 1978. They learned how to become a missionary and more. In 1983, they started Hills Christian Life Centre. In 1999, the name was changed to Hillsong Church. The enrollment was 45. In Christianity today, 100,000+ attend in almost 20 locations around the world.

God also anointed humanitarian Bobbie Houston with a global missions vision of excellence. Since 1997, she has hosted the annual Color Your World Women Conference or the Color Your World Conference. It was a by-product of the local church Colour Sisterhood Women’s Ministry.

Bobbie Houston aims to gather, equip, and mobilize women of all colors, ages, and walks of life. A Christ-like lifestyle for identifying, pursuing, and living up to kingdom purpose is stressed. For example, Joyce Meyer provided comical but serious tips about When God Doesn’t Pick You.

Dream Big. Talk Big. Turn Your Faith Loose! Kenneth Copeland was born on December 6, 1936, in Lubbock, Texas to Aubrey and Vinita Copeland. They lived near the Air Force base.

Kenneth’s desire to be a pilot came true. He became Oral Roberts pilot and chauffeur at ORU.

Also a student of mentor Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland is a renowned Christian radio and TV teacher, preacher, author, and actor. His teachings include eternal salvation, wholeness, well-being, and abundant life.

In 1967, the end-time prophet began Kenneth Copeland Ministries(KCM). Jesus is Lord became the ministry motto. A Christian newsletter the Believer’s Voice of Victory was published. Today, it is a magazine. The Believer’s Convention, a Healing School, and a World Communion Service began. Letters and calls in the 1,000s led to a 24-hour Prayer Center and a Partner Letter Ministry.

Brother Copeland increased outreach using Christian broadcasting. The Believer’s Voice of Victory program was televised. Furthermore, the teaching are in 28 languages, 200 countries, and on 6 continents. Over 885 million also watch via on-demand and Roku. Millions follow on social media sites.

Kenneth Copeland Ministry

Another Pastor Copeland ministry project is the online adult Believer’s Academy. Superkid Academy was created for youth ministry. Adventure missions such as the Reaction Tour to Uganda are sponsored. Disaster, military, and prison ministry outreaches were created.

He is also a gospel recording artist, songwriter, and musician. Before Christ, he was a Top 40 secular artist. After salvation, he released 33 albums. His Christian gospel song Only the Redeemed was a Grammy nominee. Pastor Copeland has written over 20 books and study guides. Equally important, he is also an actor-producer and has been affiliated with at least 3 Christian movies.

The global ministry of Kenneth Copeland has been around for 48 years. The KCM headquarters and the Eagle Mountain International Church are located in Newark, Texas. Eagle Mountain is also the home of the Kenneth Copeland Airport and the KCM family. KCM facilities are also in Asia, Australia, Canada, Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Kenneth is married to Gloria. Their 3 children, Kellie, John, and Terri, and their families are also active in KCM.

Kenneth Hagin

Think faith thoughts. Speak faith words! Kenneth Hagin (Erwin) was born on August 20, 1917. His parents were Lillie and Jess Hagin of McKinney, Texas. Kenneth was born with an abnormal heart and an incurable blood disease. At 15, he was paralyzed and bedridden. At age 16, he died and saw hell 3 times. After the third death, he repented and asked God to heal him. He received his miracle. At 17, after high school, he became a preacher.

Kenneth Hagin began as a Southern Baptist preacher. He began to study supernatural healing and miracles. Later, like Paul Crouch, he became a Pentecostal minister. At age 20, he pastored 6 AOG churches. He saw the first of 8 prophetic visions of Jesus. He believed God was calling him to Christian field ministry. This move would prepare him for his future All Faith Crusades. He taught at least 5 basic evangelical beliefs. They are faith, divine healing, the anointing, miracles, and prophecy. Mark 11: 22-24 was one of his favorite Bible references.

Former personal mentor for Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin began his global media vision. He established the Kenneth E. Hagin Evangelistic Association, now Kenneth Hagin Ministries. A magazine and radio broadcast was next. A publishing house, audio sermons, and a video teaching site followed. Christian literature for biblical research is available. The 7-facet Rhema ministry of Kenneth Hagin launched a weekly Christian television network program. A prayer center, a healing center, and a prison ministry were also constructed. Global colleges and churches were built. Alumni-ministerial and correspondence school facilities were added. Youth and children’s ministry activity centers and more are also a part of his vision.

Similar to E.W. Kenyon, first Word Faith father, Kenneth Hagin taught Say it, Do it, Receive it, and Tell it. Hagin became the “modern father of the Word of Faith Movement.” A graduate of Harvard University, Kenneth Hagin’s faith legacy also includes almost 300 books. They are filled with teachings, missionary stories, and more. His Christian bestseller is the Believer’s Authority.

Kenneth Hagin was called Dad Hagin, Papa Hagin, and Brother Hagin, by some. He loved going home to Oretha, Kenneth, and Patricia and spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Kenneth Hagin ended his earthly ministry, September 19, 2003, at 86.

Gloria Copeland

Be Blessed Beyond Measure! Gloria is a noted Bible teacher, Christian gospel minister, and author. She is also a Christian short films producer and conference speaker. She was born on February 12, 1942, in Centerpoint, Arkansas and is the daughter of Wallace and Mary Lois Neece. Gloria is the wife of Kenneth Copeland, a mother of three and a grandmother.

A contemporary of Joyce Meyer, Gloria Copeland has written over 20 books and is a New York Times writer. Three of her bestsellers are, Blessed Beyond Measure, Hidden Treasures, Hearing from Heaven, and God’s Master Plan for Your Life. She has also co-authored some of Kenneth’s books. She writes for the Believer’s Voice of Victory Magazine Victorious Christian Living Section. As an executive producer, Gloria has worked with KCM films, such as Rally and other movie projects.

Gloria Copeland Healing School

Gloria Copeland is the founder and teacher of the Kenneth Copeland Ministries Healing School which opened in September of 1979. In openings, she announces Jesus always comes to Healing School. The curriculum involves the use of Jesus Miracles to teach believers how to apply the word, like medicine and how to have faith. Gloria lays hands on the sick and prays for them. Topics for Saturday morning healing clinics are You Can Live Free, Healing is for All, Get Healed, and more.

Healing Evangelist, Gloria Copeland, has an honorary doctorate from Oral Roberts University. Initially, she thought the Healing School would be a one-time event. God gave Kenneth an end time, prophetic word. It will last until Jesus Second Coming.

As co-founder of Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Gloria Copeland is a host for the Believer’s Voice of Victory (BVOV) Christian television network broadcast. It can be seen daily and on Sunday. Gloria appears with her husband, Billye Brim, Marilyn Hickey, and other co-hosts. The Seven Habits of Strong Believers, The Prosperous Life, and Living Debt Free are three of her lessons.

Bishop T. D. Jakes

You Were Not Created to Fail. Bishop T. D. Jakes is a leading megachurch pastor, teacher, evangelist, and church-planter. He has also excelled in Christian business, Christian music, writing, and Christian films. His good leadership qualities have placed him among other evangelical beliefs leaders. They are Kenneth Copeland, Oral Roberts, and renowned people such as Kenneth Hagin and Billy Graham.

T. D. Jake’s Parents

Thomas Dexter Jakes or T. D. Jakes was born on June 9, 1957, in Charleston, West Virginia. His Baptist parents were Ernest and Ordith Jakes. She was a teacher and a successful female entrepreneur. His father was, self-made with 42 employees, a janitorial business entrepreneur.

In his childhood days, Bishop T. D. Jakes was called, Bible Boy, or T.D. He liked carrying a bible and imitating evangelistic preachers. Though somewhat shy due to a speech impediment, he was still unbending and ambitious. His minority business development training began early. He delivered newspapers and helped care for his father. T.D. also worked at a chemical plant, was a gospel music director, and at 17 he accepted his call to preach.

Potter’s House Church

At, 19, Bishop T. D. Jakes was licensed and ordained as a pastor, a traveling and street evangelist. Pastor Jakes founded a storefront church. With 50 families, he opened the first Potter’s House in Texas. Christian radio, Christian television broadcasts, and global conferences were launched. Help centers were developed. Global missions for food aid, fresh drinking water, agriculture ministry, and more were also started.

Pentecostal-Charismatic preacher, Bishop T. D. Jakes has accomplished several Godsent ministerial exploits. As a gospel music artist, he’s received Grammy, Stellar, and Dove Awards. He is a recipient of radio, film, and leadership awards. Humanitarian, presidential, and foreign efforts were awarded, too. He has a Bachelor’s, Master and Doctorate in Christian marketing and ministry. As a bestselling author, Bishop Jakes has written almost 130 books and produced, authored, and starred in 8 movies. He has recorded almost 50 songs and is also a Christian talk show host.

Jakes refers to himself as a “spiritual physician.” His Jesus Ministry message points believers to kingdom success in every area of life. He believes there is nothing wrong with being “blessed and successful.” He is married to Serita Ann Jamison and has five children.

Oral Roberts

Something Good is Going to Happen To You! Oral Roberts was a famous pastor, teacher-preacher, and faith healer. He was also an outstanding international radio and television evangelist and college chancellor. He was in the Top 100 of U.S. respected leaders, and more.

Cherokee Granville Oral Roberts was born January 24, 1918, in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. His father, Ellis, was a Pentecostal preacher, church planter, and poor farmer. His mother, Claudius, was a prayer warrior. Many were healed and saved by childlike faith.

Evangelist Oral Roberts

Evangelist Roberts had early life events similar to other renowned evangelists. For example, Reinhard Bonnke was the son of a pastor, too. Oral used giant mobile gospel revival tents like Bonnke. Both Sheryl Brady and Oral Roberts began ministry without a seminary or college degree. Both turned their backs on their evangelical beliefs. Both were healed of tuberculosis and established ministries and colleges. Like Benny Hinn, Oral Roberts was also healed from stuttering.

After being healed, Oral Roberts accepted his missionary call. On Christmas Day in 1938, he married Evelyn Lutman Fahnestock. The teacher was a Pentecostal preacher’s daughter and an intercessor, too. They traveled and ministered together. Later, Oral enrolled at Oklahoma Baptist College and Phillips University. Furthermore, He was awarded several honorary doctorate degrees.

Pastor Roberts

Jesus miracles were evident in his Christian crusades. A shot was fired at him. He was in the news. God was preparing him for TV. In 1947, he resigned his pastorship. In 1948, like Lester Sumrall, (LeSEA), Oral Roberts Evangelistic Association (OREA) was born. Tent seats increased to 12,000. He conducted at least 300 global crusades.

The Methodist-Pentecostal ministry of Oral Roberts’ utilized media and Christian broadcasting stations. He authored 200 books, booklets, and magazines in almost 100 languages. Healing crusades began on TV and radio. A 24-hour prayer team was started.

Oral Roberts founded Oral Roberts University and built the City of Faith Christian hospital. It closed due to lack of funding. Despite family and ministerial difficulties, his legacy remains. He retired at 75. Evelyn left for heaven in May 2005, at 88. Oral joined her in December 2009, at 91.

Billy Graham

It’s Going to Turn Out All Right! William Franklin Billy Graham, Jr., was born on November 7, 1918. His Presbyterian parents were Morrow and William Franklin, Billy loved reading and impersonating Tarzan. Billy’s father said he was a future preacher. He prophesied truth.

Protestant Pope of America, Billy Graham became a pastor, radio-televangelist, and youth ministry leader. He started the 150-station Christian radio program Hour of Decision and also appeared on Christian TV and webcasts. The World Wide Films subsidiary formed Billy Graham Evangelistic Film Ministry. It publicized his Christian crusades.

Billy is a Christian humanitarian and participated in civil rights. Pastor Graham put an end to segregated seating in revivals. He helped Martin Luther King Jr. during the Albany Movement and was also a consultant for the SCLC. Billy was involved in youth ministry, especially colleges.

Pastor Billy Graham

Evangelical Christian Billy Graham began the world evangelization Lausanne Movement. He was a 49-year Gallup Top 10 person. As America’s Pastor, Billy befriended U.S. and foreign presidents. Pastor Billy associated with societal experts, such as scientists and theorists. Later, while at Bob Jones College, he met Ruth and graduated from Florida Bible and Wheaton College. As a result, the future Bible college president formed the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

Soon recognized as a great writer and was said to be the Greatest Living American. His missionary stories are in 30+ books and autobiography Just As I Am. Listed as a Christian bestseller, it was named after his favorite altar-call song. The Christian movie Billy: The Early Years was made in his honor.

Billy Graham Awards

Social leader and prophet, Billy Graham was awarded greatly. He was recognized by colleges, Presidents, Congress, and the military. Evangelist Graham received religious, civic, public speaking awards and is in the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. Andrae Crouch, and others gospel music artists, sang for him. Also, he has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Billy Graham turned down a $1 million dollar NBC contract because he wanted to do revivals.

Pastor Graham has ministered to almost 300 million in at least 400 evangelistic crusades. He traveled to almost 200 countries on 6 continents. Health challenges began to take their toll. At 82, he decided to retire and at the age of 86, a library was opened in his honor in Charlotte, North Carolina. Age 91, he attended the re-dedication and at 95, William (Billy) Graham, preached his final sermon My Hope for America. His active ministry lasted for more than 70 years. Pastor Graham is approaching his 97th birthday.
