• 1 to 5 product uploads to your vendor store is Free with a “Private Group page” for $40
• $20 additional, per month for upload of 6 to 50 products
• Upload of 51 to 100 products is an additional $40
• Make your group “public” for an additional $40 (your group posts will be made “public” to the whole community)
• 8% commission fee to KNCB of product sales before shipping and handling charges
• Payout after 30 days, or 1st of every month on sales made, minus 8% commission fee
• All payouts will be made through PayPal.

Customer Service

We expect our sellers to provide a high level of customer service.

• Sellers are expected to ship an item or complete a transaction in a speedy manner.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Resolve disagreements or disputes directly with the buyer.
